About SourKultcha
SourKultcha was established in Feb 2025, firstly just a hobby at home making bread for ourselves and friends. Whilst becoming popular with friends on a weekly basis, I decided to advertise my bread to our local community and posted on our community FB page and that’s when the concept started to take off and grow, specifically in small batch handmade sourdough bread at first. I then expanded to incorporate delicious focaccia varieties and occasionally now starting to offer premium cinnamon scroll flavours that are all dough based. I enjoy the time spent crafting this beautiful bread that is created from a natural starter and the science behind all the fermentation stages very much interests me as it is only made with flour, water & salt, the way they made bread 100’s of years ago with absolutely no preservatives or additives. My commitment to quality, tradition, and flavour ensures I bring the best home baked goods to our community.
